buy an add-on doesn't work

I try to purchase a data add-on but when I pay, the webpage return to sign-in webpage every time, although I have enought amount in the balance to pay.  So how can I do?

Try a different web browser. Use incognito mode.

@daniel123lee  try clearing your browser history,  going to private/incognito mode and try again to buy the add on. Thanks.

Log into My Account ...under Account Status, click on Purchase Add-ons and follow directions.
