trying to change plan

Hi im trying to change my plan now and it goes theu the process but doesnt change the plan. I am trying to change to the $40 plan and i have the funds in my acc. To change it. Can someone assist me please

@ecapper , nor do I. Have you tried using another browser, or clear your cache and try again. If this doesn't work, I think you will need @CS_Agent 's help.

 

To contact a moderator, create a support ticket:

Use as few words as possible to allow the BOT to understand (e.g. no service, can't send texts, can't call out or no data). Answer Simon's questions until you get here

Normally when i do this it says your plan has been changed successful but no message just takes me baback to the overview page

I dont get an error or any messagr.it just does not change. I not sure what else to do

Does it give you an error message or anything, @ecapper . Or does it just appear to work but doesn't make the necessary changes?

No i am selecting change plan now. Tried a different browser. Cleared all history and cache and retried and still will not change

@ecapper You may be selecting to change the plan at next renewal. Alternatively, you can ask to change your plan now. Could this be it?
