Where it shows 320 minutes left, what is the name of the add-on? Or maybe give us an image of your overview page showing all that. (after clicking the little spinner refresh icons you see lower down)
Adding - no wait, the 10 minute warning is only for plan minutes. Data will warn on all available data but not minutes.

Are you on the $15 plan or grandfathered $13 plan?
Looks like you used up your regular plan minutes for this payment cycle. You should still be able to use the 320 minutes left. The PM text likely was warning you about your regular plan minutes.

@Jimz also note that even 10 second call will count as a minute used .

Thanks for replay I forgot to mention i check my account on laptop and in left side with red bar show zero minutes and in right side 320 minutes left. I refresh the page few times and the same data.

Sometimes Public mobile will send the wrong text message.
As mentioned above, Public mobile website has caching issues. You can also try a to login by clearing cache first or a different web browser. That should show the up to date usage.

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
