@davez1 What you are saying does not compute. If you are in the US currently then you cannot be using plan data uless you are at a border town. In that case manually set the mobile provider to be T-Mobile or AT&T. The fact that you received a usage warning text message today could be because it was delayed. Once selfserve is up go into your usage history logs and verify that data was used when you were in the US. Instead of tagging the moderator better to contact them directly if you still feel that there is an issue.
To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Moderators are available: M-F from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time and S-S from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

The 10 Day US Roaming Add-on is only for use whilst in USA. If you're still in Canada...you're using plan data.

@davez1 hi are you in canada? us roaming only works in the states

@davez1 If you are in the US, you can't use your plan data. You can only use that while you are in Canada. Make sure you are not near the border and connected to Public Mobile/Telus network.
