@CS_Agent  I bought the US roaming package and it's been consuming my plan data as well?  That's not right, is it?  Can I get a credit for the nearly 250mb of data on my plan?  I just received an alert I'm near my limit.  Thanks!

@Moderator_Team Tried to contact w/ private messaging, said no user by that name. I need my voicemail reset as the extended absence greeting is stuck on.  I've researched on the forums, just want it reset.  Apparently not supposed to post # here, so ...
