Hello, I opened 3 public mobile accounts last week at Wow Mobile. Unfortunatly on one of the accounts they forgot to apply the bonus data promotion. I contacted them and they said I have 7 business days to apply it since I opened the account while the promotion was on. Wondering how to do this? Can someone help me?

Sorry, but as @Dunkman was saying, you don't qualify for any data bonus since you activated at the store. I'm not sure contacting the moderators would be worthwhile since the activations weren't done online. It probably won't yield any results.

From my understanding, this promotion was applicable for at home, online activations. If you signed up in store, you will not qualify for the extra data bonus.
You can ask the moderator about this issue. Expect 1-2 days wait. I have a feeling that all three accounts would not qualify anyways if you activated in store at WOW.

If it has been more than 7 days, a moderators help may be required.

Use as few words as possible to allow the BOT to understand. Answer his questions until you get here:
Click on "Submit a ticket" and the Moderator team will respond to your concern within 48 hours. May take longer, but the promise of the new Ticketing System was that it will reduce these wait times.

You would have to submit a ticket to a moderator by clicing on the question mark on the bottom right.
