@Gigitos Maybe WiFi was down and you did not realise it. Check your phone's data built-in data usage app you determined if that was the case.
If you still feel there was a problem then best to submit a ticket to PM for further investigation.

Check the data usage line on your overview page after login.
I have a 5GB plan with the 1GB bonus data. I had used 697MB of my 1GB bonus data. I used 1237MB out of my 5GB plan data. If you don't see these lines, you have used all your data. What is showing in your overview page?

Check your phone settings to make sure you don't have auto updates for apps. Also if you use google maps to only enable while on wi-fi. You can log into your account under view usuage to see when and how much data was used.
