Hi hairbag1, what I am presented with is different than your picture - when I click on payments I only get one narrow panel with the date of upcoming payment due... no drop down / no other fields... I am frustrating dealing with Public because of the inconsistencies I keep stumbling on.
Also every time I sign in I have to enter a code from my phone even though I clicked this is trusted device multiple times - it just doesn't take effect

notice the picture I added to original reply...if you click on date range, then use the drop down that you can select dates back to the last 12 months.

Hi hairbag1, I tried but the payment option does not show history as your display, it only shows the upcoming payment amount and nothing else. Thank you

recommend waiting until January to get the full year.
if you need it now, look at your usage, history and payment history and select the dates you require.
