so I noticed this month my monthly payment has went out 3 times this month. Ive tried to reach out and talk to anyone but it keeps sending me errors does anyone know how to get this resolved. if it keeps happening I might need to delete my plan.

you provided a link to the PM Chatbot. It's been problematic for several weeks now. For the time being, use the link I provided to message a CSA rather than use the chatbot. Don't know how long it'll take to fix chatbot.

Not sure about that, try talking to a CS agent.
