I lost my sim card so I got a new one. Today I found my account was suspended due to non payment. I set up autopay. Is it because of my new sim card? how to set back autopay?

HI @QingHe
the autopay would work.
To confirm if you have autopay enabled still, just login My Account, Payment and click Manage Subscription. There is a toggle switch "Subscribed", if it is toggled on, then autopay is enabled

Reactivating autopay does not initiate a payment. To immediately resume service you must make a manual payment. Look for a button saying Reactivate my account

Changing SIM cards for an existing Public Mobile account isn't related to payment issues, nor does changing your SIM card disable autopay. If you are renewal is set for August 27, 2024 and your service still works, ignore the error message about your account being suspended as the service working means that your account isn't really in suspension. There have been erroneous error messages about account suspension ever since I became a customer several years ago.
