autopay option unavailable

hi, I was planning to suspend my sim for 1 month as I am going out of country and dont want to pay for the time I am away. But, I cant find the option for autopay to turn it off under the payment section. can anyone tell me, what to do?

It's listed ad Manage Subscription.  Just slide the Subscribed tab to off. You will have up to 90 days to come back and make a payment before the phone number is lost.

At next Renewal, if no payment is received and or no available funds to cover your balance,  the account will be suspended.

To disable Pre-Authorized payments (Turn off Subscribed) , you can do it by one of the following:

  • If you know the 4 digits account pin, dial *611 from your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone)
    enter the account pin, then Press 5 for Autopay and 2 to remove
  • Login to the PM app, at the Subscription page,  click Manage Subscription, then click Subscription Renewal (Active), and click Unsubscribe
  •  Login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, then turn off the Subscribed toggle.
