cant sign into the app

 

not happy applied for data using my points it took more then 24 hours to be added to my added.. so i bought data and never got reply more then 24 hours to be added to my account ... I spent more money then I need to ,.. how much data do I actually have?? NOT HAPPY want a refund!

i get no error .. it just keeps bring me back to the sign in page

where should I find where someone has responded to me about a refund?

@Kerrilee1 what error you got with the app?  but you probably know you can access My Account via the browser instead

For refund, you already opened ticket with support on your rewards issue? If so, message them again if no reply still.
