I have reset my phone. I have restarted my phone. I have checked my balance level in my account to show that it's paid up. My phone is not receiving or sending text messages or sending or receiving calls. Please advise this is a very big inconvenience,!!!

just want to confirm, the account is not newly activated, right?
Understand you checked My Account already. But to avoid browser cache confusing and what you saw earlier might be old cached page, please login My account using Incognito mode to confirm account status
If it shows On Hold (Suspended) , then it is a payment issue. Click "Pay Now and Resume Services" to make a manual payment
If it shows active,
If nothing works still after all these checkes, please open ticket with PM support by messaging them
