This morning my phone etc totally stopped working (no data/calls etc) we couldn’t log into my public account on the app and when I finally got on it didn’t have my contract…… I think possibly my card expired and I’ve not updated- maybe cancelling or pausing? But there are no banners or messages telling me so.
desperately need my phone for tomorrow I’ve sent tickets but no one is getting back to me and desperately needing to reactive the account. Tried calling 611 but no luck!

so, has your card expired? did you update it?
if you have updated a card, you need to manually load funds to renew.
Use this link to load funds (remember E911 fees if your province has that fees)
