Hi, I’m currently in the process of transferring my phone number from Koodo Mobile (Not Prepaid) to Public Mobile, and I’ve run into a serious issue.
I purchased the subscription and opened the app to complete the number transfer process. I was able to reach the transfer section and attempted to move my number over, but I received an error message during the process.
Now I’m stuck in limbo — my number appears to be inactive, and I currently can’t make calls, send texts, or access normal phone service.
I’ve also tried submitting a support ticket, but that hasn’t worked either.
Could someone please help me resolve this as soon as possible? Thank you.
