I cannot receive a call or make a phone call. I logged in into my account, but I cannot submit any tickets. I changed my credit card number a few weeks ago, but I forgot to update it here. I cannot find anyway to contact an agent or able to submit any tickets and I got error on ticket submission page. When, I want to make a phone call, I received registration error. Please help me how to fix this issue.

What is the make and model of your phone.

You need VoLTE settings on your phone to make or receive calls.

Here is more information on VoLTE so enter the IMEI of your phone to see if it is VoLTE compatible with PM.
