planning have vacation in France, wondering can I purchase any data so that I  can have data while in France？

As others have said, PM will not work in France but if your phone is eSim compatible or you have an eSim adapter, I recommend Airalo as a low cost alternative for data-only plans overseas that you can pair with a free calling and texting app such ad Textnow. You can still forward your PM phone calls to your Textnow number and not miss out on incoming calls. No texting on your PM number though so simply give your contacts your Textnow number while traveling and you are all set. Good luck!

PM will not work in France, as Dunkman already explained. For a local SIM I suggest you get the Forfait Free 5G plan from Free mobile. Best part about this prepaid plan: it gives you 25gb/month that works in Canada for ~$27 😎

Unfortunately, Public mobile does not offer international roaming packages (except for USA).  Your Public mobile service will not work in France. Probably best to purchase a local SIM card/plan when you get to France.
