hi @Laina there is a big chance agent can help to reverse the wrong purchase. Instead of chatbot, use direct message to connect to agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

The US add-on I have added does expire, in 15 days. I had same question as MD786. I have added a talk and text US, but needed talk/text with Data. The chatbot is useless. Already paid $15 for the add-on, don't want to be charged an additonal $30.

In order to minimize your frustration of going through the Simon robot and then opening a ticket and then waiting for CS agent etc etc.---------I suggest that you just let it be and order what you want. The USA add on will not expire and does roll over until you eventually use it up. Who knows perhaps in the future you may have reason to visit USA. Good luck.
