I logged in and wanted to purchase two extra GB of data at $15 each. I made the $30 payment, it went through, I added-on 2 GB of data, but only one is showing on my account....even though I paid for 2. How do I get this fixed?

If you look at your overview at the data line counter like @dabr says the counter will show the 2 GB of data as 2048MB but the name says 1GB data add on. Confusing but that's the way they do it around here.

@Apodruski , by chance do you see funds in your account? It could be that only one purchase was fully completed.

@Apodruski Check the line where you see your data add-on, it'll show as one line of 2048MB (2GB) data.
