My friend, Ref. No. xxxxxxxxxx, who referred me to Public Mobile on May 16 has not received her credit points, I have not got my $10 credit up to now. Please check and let me know when can we get our credits

Good question! The earliest date I can find mention of it is May 20th but it could have been before that.....I didn't get the email so I can't tell what the start day was? I still have not recieved my first $5 yet either. Time to contact customer support a 4th time?!!

When did the bonus referral credit promo of $25 start? Or was this too early? I was thinking it was the 17th or 19th of May? I still haven't been able to take advantage if one of these yet?

It sounds like there was the referral code glitch when you activated. Contact customer support with your friends referral code and ask them to add it for you. Your friend if on the old rewards $$ program will see the $1 and the last 4 digits of your phone # show up in their rewards account immediately after it is added. The $10 bonus referral credit will appear in your account within 72 hours but likely the next day.
Did you see the referral code box get a checkmark like below?

You will be need to open a ticket with PM CS Agent and have them to check. They can apply it back after validate with you
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- start by Typinge: My rewards are missing,
- then Click on "Public Points"
- after than, click on "Refer A friend",
- and click on "Yes, I'm the referred customer',
- finally click "Click here to submit a ticket" .
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Also make sure you copy and paste referral code. You may have an oh and zero mixed up.
