I bought the wrong add-on. How do I correct that and get reimbursed?

This would be the best option, you cna either put it towards the right add on or a future renewal

Contact Customer service agent as described above. It will take several hours for response. In general, since Public mobile is prepaid, there are no refunds, but CSA usually will credit your available balance. You can use the available balance for another add on or future payments.
