I have add-on for my international call, now everything is dissapeared

Belgium is not on the list of supported countries

**Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

Belgium isn't in the list of counties you can call...

I got it , I found it, but when i made a long distance call to Belgium, it declined

@kacap even with Incognito mode? post us a screenshot ( minus personal info) and let us see what it showing after you click Usage Breakdown

but of course, if you need PM to help, simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

Hey @kacap 

Most times browsers have cache issues. If you clear your browser cache and restart your browser, it should show up. You can also use the app which is pretty cool to use.

if using the app, log in to your account > Usage Breakdown. If you "pull down" the screen, it'll refresh the page with updated info. You should see your add-on listed.

Login My Account using browser with Incognito mode.  

click Usage Breakdown under the usage odometer to expand and you will see it there
