PM does not provide refund.  But the extra you paid would be kept as a credit, showing in Available Funds  The credit would then be used towards your next renewal

it should be seen in Available Funds and will be used for next regular plan renewal. 

Log in using the app > Payments > in Estimated Upcoming Payment, you should see plan costs less your overpayment.
