Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@geerthyraj Also if your trying to re buy same US add on you would have to wait a full 24 hours after first one ended or choose another US add on only support can apply the same one back to back
