Hi. I was looking to buy the 1gb data add on earlier today and when I bought it I noticed that I had 2gb free from a bonus and I had 1.5gb left so I bought the 1gb add on for nothing. Id like to have the 15$ from the 1gb add on refunded please. thanks

Do you still show at least $15 in your balance?
Is that 2gb under my data & add-ons or over to the right in a promos box?
Add-ons just stay on until used.

@cj555 PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. But if it is an honest mistake, maybe they will agree to reverse the transaction and leave the money as Available Fund in your account, which can be used for next renewal. Please open ticket with PM Support and discuss with them:
