new activation not working

I am cellphone store selling public mobile service.

I activated a plan for a customer but the sim is not working

I tried in different phones and still its not working

@cellquest - I was going to say get them to check their self serve account and ensure the account is Active. But, guess that wasn't set up yet, was it?

 

I will say, it is nice that you are reaching out to troubleshoot. Sometimes we get customers saying they activated in-store and they left without confirming the account is working/has service.

 

If you do not have a retail method to contact Public Mobile directly, then you get what we all get for contacting CSA...

Did you reboot the customer’s phone?

Also is the customer’s phone compatible with PM?

no messages 

there's no network bar at all 

I usually try it in my phone and it works but this time it didn't work.

no they did not port number. its their first time with public mobile
