The 10 Day US Talk & Text add-on will only work while you're in US.
Log into My Account...do you see your $$ sitting in Available Funds ?

Add-ons are a two-step process. Do you see the amount of the addon sitting in your Available Funds in your account?

@diniw PM is a prepaid service, there are no refunds. You may get a credit. Contactt he moderators, and explain what happened. Ask them nicely for one.
Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. Stay safe.
