my account is on hold how to resubscribe

Login to your account on the PM app then go to Subscription tab then to Manage Subscription and if it is unsubscribed…enable to Subscribe and make a manual payment.

Or purchase vouchers at:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples then dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.

@Mira2 you have been using the account and was suspended for to non payment?? if so, login to My Account and make a manual payment by clicking on the button Pay and Resume Services
