When activating my new sim card the responce I get is that the sim card number I entered is not a valid public mobile number. What sim card number should I be entering.

@Lilly2018, this sometimes happens due to the glitchy activation portal. Please ensure the browser is up to date, clear browser cache or use incognito mode and try again.
