Hi
I was on the $10 - 50 calls 50 texts for 30 days and utilised the limits before the the 30th day ( which is 26th Oct), I wanted to get the same limits again however I am unable to through the self serve account. I did pay $10 but it still has put me on the 50 calls and texts plan .
I did try to reselect the plan from my account but it doesnt renew as on today and keeps the date as 26th Oct!
Any help would be appreciated.

@Anonymous FYI: when requesting early renewal it reduces time if a one time payment is made to increase Available Funds to equal the new plan cost BEFORE contacting the moderators.

If it's calling you are looking for buy the Canada/USA calling 200 minutes. That will give you calling features again. If it's sms you have to wait for mods 48+ hours

You would need to ask the mods for an early renewal.
There's a workaround but would only make sense coming from a more expensive plan.
If you're out of minutes then you could get the 200 minute add-on. You pay for it once and then it hangs around until you've used them all.
Depending on how much money you want to waste. And then the mod delays are terrible that you might get to the renewal by the time they get back to you.
Send ONE (1) private message to them here and include your phone number and PIN to minimize back and forth identity verification delays.
Forget your PIN? Then you'll need 3 of either of these pieces of information you used when you signed up: full address, birthdate, last 4 digits of CC you might have used, email address on the account, alternative phone number you might've entered when you signed up. Or, in addition, either of these to get to 3: last payment amount and date, last add-on bought and date.
And of course your question/problem.
Then hopefully they will get back to you as soon as they can between M-F 9-9 (ET) and Sat-Sun 9-7:30 (ET). But it could be up to a couple days.
Depending on your notification settings, you would get an email notifying you of a reply. Get back here and see a red blob over the little envelope in the upper right of your screen and click on it to see the message.
