I just bought a monthly plan- my Apple ID though is still UK-based as I just moved back and can not change country/region until my subscriptions expire so I was unable to download the Public Mobile App on the app store as it is not available on the UK store. I then used my wife's Canadian phone to download the app and signed in with my credentials to finalise the installation of the Esim however after the first step of activating the line I was prompted with a message asking if I would like to allow public mobile app to extract the phone details so it can activate the esim on it- since that was my wife's phone i refused the request and now I am stuck unable even to access my account as it is now sending an otp to my phone line (since it has been activated) to which i have no access to

Thank you for your suggestion- i am going to head to a Telus store nearby. Fingers crossed

you can ask a friend to help to download the app and complete the subscription for you. But whoever helps you has to be very careful and not let the app to install the esim. The person has to denies the app to install and stop in time
or you can ask support agent to help.

@nazem You need the app to activate eSIM or physical sim . Might be easier to get physical SIM card from Telus / Koodo store and get support to sim swap the number . But if you. An ask support if the can send you eSIM QR code to your email and download it from there instead

@nazem Did you receive a welcome message from Public Mobile? It should include a QR code for installing the esim.
