activated new line today with nexus 5 phone, cannot send text messages,mms messages help

I have set up apn as per on your community, data starts running, but cannot send text message immediately and mms messages. I have nexus 5 android phone. what are the settings for apn . i am using hangouts for messages

Hi,

In the Full version, look for a rectangular box at the top of the right side.

When you enter APN, all posts with APN in them will be displayed. Look for the setup guide. In my case, it was the third to be displayed; however, the order of the results changes from search to search.
