I thought you ported to Fido from your previous post.
Just talk to Fido about this issue.

Did you port in your number during activation? If yes, did you get a text to authorize the port in request? If you don't do this within 90 mins, your number won't port in. You must contact PM CS_Agent to get it resolved.
