How do I find out what my account pin is I forgot it. My wife’s secondary phone was suspended mine works.

You can only change your PIN through your account.
Agents do NOT have access to it nor can tell you what your PIN is.

If you can log into your account, you can change your PIN here.

If you're unable to log in, you can contact a CS Agent to reset it.
