Service down in GTA?

Hello! Can anyone advise if service is down right now in GTA? 

Both mine and my son's service is showing as SOS.

No known issues in the GTA as far as I can tell.  The phone has been working fine all day.

there is reported issue in Ottawa area but not GTA

all services down for you? voice and data and text?

did you try reboot phone, reset network settings and change the data to 4G or LTE?

open the cellphone settings and select 4G or LTE rather than 5G...see if that helps. Otherwise you may need help from Customer Support. You can use the chatbot orange bubble on lower right side of page and if that fails you can use this link to start the process...

no major outages reported in Toronto...looks like Ottawa has issue though.
