why is my account suspended if I have autopayments and a saved credit card on file?

@hong_sy are your services still working, call, text and data? If yes it's likely fine and should clear up on its own. If services are not working you will need to contact a CS agent
Click on the orange circle in the bottom right corner and then type Customer Support Agent
