Public Mobile is too complicated and the app is not functional. I want to cancel my order as I am no longer interested in switching to Public Mobile.

Please remember that Public Mobile does not offer refunds as all plan and SIM card sales are final. While there are sometimes exceptions made on a case by case basis, refunds aren't guaranteed.

Everyone on the forums here are customers just like you so unfortunately we cannot cancel your SIM card for you. But you can message customer service and request for your order to be cancelled.
