No fix you can do; it's an infrequent renewal bug.
Unfortunately you will need moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation. Check that email notification of private messages is turned ON to see their response as soon as it arrives.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
Just for the info:unless your phone stops working ignore any suspension message that shows on your account near renewal. That is a messaging quirk of the accounting system.
