My account was suspended due to insufficient funds. I've been trying to reactivate my account but every time I try to make a payment, I get told there's a payment error. I've tried paying with both a credit card and a debit card, but nothing worked. I've also made sure that I have money in both accounts. I rely on making phone calls for my job. I desperately need help.

or , open ticket with support to fix the payment problem
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this Chatbot Ticket Link
Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Website is finicky. Try to log in with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. You might want to even try to login with a different device (preferably a PC or laptop computer).
If still having issues, you can purchase a payment voucher either in store (ie. shoppers, gas station, Canadian tire) or online (recharge.com - service fee applies) and immediately load up the funds.
