I just got an email saying my account is suspended because of non-payment, but my card was charged and now I am wondering if the email sent was fraudulent. Who do I contact to find out? TIA

@Neda2 seems like this is going around today. If your service is working I would ignore it.
You can use the chatbot to create the ticket if you want.

@Neda2 Appears to be system glitch many getting message that service on hold . But service still working . If your service still working you can safely ignore the error message . If services not working you will need to make manual payment

if your PM services have no problem o, please ignore the message about the overdue issue. It looks like there was a system glitch and those email were sent wrong, sent to the wrong group of customers
