my wife Pm account locked out , waited more than 6 hours, still the same
please help me to fix this issue

Try clearing the cache and then go incognito on your browser before login.
I assume she have create an Eversafe ID for your account. If not then click on Sign Up and use the registered email and password.
She can also try login on the PM app.
If she still having issues, click on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket for staff assistance to help her login.
