Can you log in at all?
If you did not pay a bill for 90+ days your account is deleted, number lost.

@Kemosabe Are you able to logon to your account and check status? If it's deactivated by lack of payment, reactivate and pay. If it's active is your phone connected to the PM/Telus network? Try rebooting your phone as first step.

If not, try adding 1 in front of the number.

@Kemosabe account deactivated or suspended?
Please login My Account again and check the account status.
If suspended, you should see a button Reactivate my plan, you can click on it and make a manual payment to resume service
Or you can also call *611 from your phone or 1.855.4PUBLIC from a land line and pay to resume service if you know the 4 digits PIN
