Hi, I transferred my plan to other company and how can I confirm if my account has been closed and the pre authorized payment has been quitted in your system.

Simply log into your account to verify. But when you port out a number, it deactivates your account.

how can i contact agent to confirm. There is no way that I can talk with any agent.

When you port number out, your PM account is immediately closed.
You can check trying to log in to your account and you should not be able.
Autopay should be removed as there is no account but good practice is to do THAT before porting out and at the same time to ask agent to remove your CC from account. Sometimes, but not too often, PM systems might charge you due to unknown glitch.

@BBCCbest once account is ported, account will be closed.
One thing to test is to try logging into My Account, if you cannot login, GOOD. All set. No need to worry about the Pre-authorized payments. PM won't charge you again. If you want to be safe, just monitor your credit card
