Hello I need help plz!!!!

I need my account number and for that, I need to access my account t.Its been blocked for few days!! I can't reset password ..i don't receive any emails to reset it

Could you not find the "Welcome to Public Mobile" e-mail, @Siddra ?

 

The Account Number is right there in the "To" line.

 

Perhaps check your junk mail?

@Siddra   If your account has been blocked for couple days, look like you have to open ticket with PM CS Agent for help


To open a ticket with PM Support. Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1.  type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

When you activated, you would have received a Welcome to Public Mobile e-mail.

 

Embedded in the "TO" line of that e-mail is your Public Mobile Account number.   It's a series of numbers starting with "10000 ..... ".    You may have to expand the "To" field to see the full header, however it will be there.

Ooooo... does your other provider needs acc# to port it out. hmm. 😄

 

contact support agents by creating a ticket via chatbot, no other option to get acc # if the account itself is blocked.
