I have had an account with public mobile for about 5 years
I hadnt signed on for a few months. I was told about a promotion for a plan I was interested in so I signed up for it under the same email address. I signed up for an esim. when I sign up to my account I can only see the new phone number and plan.
I am unable to access my old phone number and plan details
how do i access my account for my existing original phone number

@alecp123 if you cannot see your old number or account you can submit a request to see if it can be located. You can start with submitting a ticket online if you have access.
If that doesn't work for you cluck on the link below to contact customer service to inquire on that and how to proceed.

you dno't sign up new account to change plans. You need to go to your My Account and click Change Subscription to make plan change. However, not all plans can be changed for existing subscribers. Those "new activation" only plans we cannot touch
