Hello all,
I ordered Black Friday deal with eSim option, but failed at activating using public mobile App on my pixel 6a phone. now I was stuck in the middle of activation, and the public mobile app keep showing "subscription not activated". I have sent message to @CS_Agent over 2 weeks, but no replies. The live chart has never worked too.
Can any give idea about getting support to fix the issue or how to get refund as really frustrated for no support ?

Thanks! The issue came before the phone number porting.

Don't think that it is a porting issues. Likely a failed esIM activation.
Did you receive an email from Public mobile with a QR code for eSIM?

2 weeks is too long for an Agent but i will pm you the Porting Department number to look into.
Did you reply to the text from your old carrier with YES within the 90 minutes window confirming you are porting over to PM?
