APN settings don't have any relation to a a cell phone device's base connection to the network.

yah , i did that they found some issues in ativation so its them not me , thanks for help , waiting for tech ppl to fix

HI @ezbake   would be nice if you have another phone to test the PM SIM.  It could be a problem with PM setting up the SIM on the backend

 

if you don't have another phone to test, just go ahead and open ticket with PM and ask them to check :

Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. type: Contact CS Agent
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Other"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

a70, worked on koodo , cant connect to network , havnt tried some pother phone to test sim

hi, so i try to choose public mobile manually and get , cant register with network, used a70 but cant be locked its to new, new activation ,worked on koodo

HI @ezbake  It could be a SIM issue instead of the phone. Do you have another phone around and you can test your PM SIM on?

The Samsung A70 is compatible with Public mobile.  

More details would be helpful.  

New phone?  used phone?  Did it work before? 

New customer versus old?  

Does the phone work with another SIM card?  

Locked to previous carrier? 

Blacklisted device?
