I would appreciate some help understanding the pricing of my plan.

 

In the "My Plan & Add-ons" page it says that my plan includes:

  • Unlimited International Text
  • Unlimited Provincial Talk
for $27 per 30 Days
 
In the "Payment History" page it says:

I wonder why my Automatic Top-up is higher than my plan (top up: $28, plan: $27). Also, it looks like my credit is increasing by $4 each month. 

Is it possible to have my automatic top-up be just enough to pay for my plan each month? If I need an addon I'll pay for it when I need it.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to reply. I really appreciate it. Just to answer someone's question earlier. The charge on my card is $32.19 so I guess that's $28 + taxes. 

 

I'll contact the moderators as abTest suggested and see what they can tell me.

@hanchan, asside fro mthe fact that you are paying the old rate for that plan (27 instead of 25), and that the system is not using up all of your credits before charging your CC, and the system is actually charging your CC MORE than your plan cost, you also don't seem to be getting the auto-pay reward ($2/30 days).

I would suggest you contact the moderators to have them investigate.  PM might owe you some money for the auto-pay issue.

@hanchan When did you sign up for your plan? I agree something looks amiss. I think you signed up before the recent price decreases on some plans. You only get new pricing if you change your plan.

To get clarity on your actual credit card charge look at My Rewards.

I know it is confusing, but look at your credit card bill charge. If it is correct, that is all that matters!
