I want my old phone number back, pretty sure it's not being used. It's ###-###-#### my new number is ###-###-####. If it's possible that would be great I can't log into my Apple account without my old phone number.

It depends on the carrier originally got the number from. You need to contact them. You are in luck if it was a Telus  Koodo or PM.

If you is Bell (Virgin or Lucky) or Rogers (Fido or Chatr) or Freedom. You need to contact them and open an account with them.
