Have you tried incognito mode on Chrome? Or logging out and then logging back into the community?

I have the same problem, and this is all because I tried to open a new account and it did not work. My first reply to the private message with the moderator and I've reach the limit already? Seriously this is such crap.

@slavitch, it may have been your first reply but did you send multiple inquiries in a short time? Trying to figure out if it is time/quantity related.

It's probably just a timer/anti-spam feature to keep new accounts from sending out too many message at once.
